Patricia Unterman, a restaurant critic and food writer in San Francisco for more than 30 years,  currently writes for the San Francisco Examiner, Gourmet, Food and Wine, Town and Country Travel and other publications.   She is also the author of  the San Francisco Food Lovers' Guide and  is the chef and co-owner of the Hayes Street Grill in San Francisco . 

Amy Sherman is the creator of the award-winning food blog Cooking with Amy, a guest contributor on Epicurious.com and a weekly contributor to the KQED food web site Bay Area Bites.

Jon Bonné is The San Francisco Chronicle's Wine Editor, responsible for each Friday's Wine section as well as the annual Top 100 Wines. He covers wine and spirits throughout Northern California and around the world. Previously Bonné was lifestyle editor and wine columnist for MSNBC.com and wine columnist for Seattle magazine. He also writes regularly for Food & Wine magazine, and has reported for The New York Times, Newsweek, National Public Radio and Wines & Vines. He lives in San Francisco.
