The Boston Globe is looking for a unique and compelling pitch on a specific US domestic policy issue. To qualify,
- You must be a US resident in the state that you apply, and be of the age of majority in your state.
- You must agree to work with the Globe’s Spotlight Team and accept Globe editing for the story or project
- Freelance journalists and journalists and editors working for a news organization may apply
The Globe will bestow either a single $100,000 award or two $50,000 awards to the proposal or proposals of their choice. Winning proposals must agree to work with the Globe and will own all the rights.
